Co-Founder & Chief Compliance Officer
Nakis Urfi is the Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer of BridgeTrust, bringing deep expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management across highly regulated industries. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, government, and enterprise environments, Nakis has held senior compliance and leadership roles at organizations including Abbott, Cantex, Verda Healthcare, and Babylon. His background spans regulatory compliance, quality oversight, privacy, ESG strategy, and government affairs—often within complex, federally regulated organizations. Nakis has led global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs, managed regulatory engagement with agencies such as CMS and the FDA, and advised executive teams on compliance strategy, operational risk, and ethical governance. He also brings experience as a healthcare attorney and management consultant, combining legal rigor with practical, operational execution. At BridgeTrust, Nakis ensures the platform is grounded in real-world compliance requirements—helping organizations reduce risk, meet regulatory obligations, and build cultures of trust and accountability.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, and team leadership, Shah is responsible for translating BridgeTrust’s product vision into commercial traction and operational excellence. He oversees sales operations, customer onboarding, partnerships, and internal workflows—ensuring enterprise clients receive a reliable, compliant, and consistently high-quality experience. Shah brings deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and enterprise positioning, allowing BridgeTrust to compete effectively in regulated markets where trust, credibility, and execution matter. He also leads global team operations, building disciplined processes that enable secure delivery, scalability, and accountability across functions. As COO, Shah’s focus is simple: build repeatable systems, align teams to outcomes, and drive sustainable growth—so BridgeTrust scales as a serious compliance platform, not a lightweight SaaS experiment.
